You will gain in-depth knowledge and understanding of HR management, marketing and change management processes and will be able to complement digitization with human-centric and individualized approaches.
You will be trained in overarching business skills and in selected specific areas of psychology relevant to working in an entrepreneurial environment.
The degree aims to develop skills that will enable you to combine business-related skills with advanced knowledge of psychology.
The course includes business-related modules such as entrepreneurship, organizational development, digital marketing, strategic management and leadership, intercultural management, operational and information management, innovation management, finance and law.

The course is divided into a total of 28 closely coordinated study modules lasting five weeks and extending over four years. Commonly used teaching and learning methods include lectures, seminars, debates, role plays, (live) case studies and project development.
