Objectives:
This course emphasises the clear linguistic component in the description, understanding and management of speech and langauge disorders, thereby supporting the development and assessment and of new therapy materials at a European level, as well as bringing lessons from speech and language disorders to the understanding of linguistic theory.

Language disorders; experimental linguistics and statistics; theoretical linguistics; aphasiology in cross-linguistic perspective; dyslexia; language acquisition; language processing and neuro-imaging; research classes; master's thesis; summer school.
Modes of instruction:
Lectures; practical assignment; observations of therapy sessions.
