Study options in the Netherlands

There are three major options for studying in the Netherlands:

  1. a year, or at least half a year abroad; you can do so as a free mover or in the frame of a bi-national, study-abroad programme (a degree programme offered by two cooperating universities which includes a study abroad as a fixed part of the curriculum)
  2. a full degree in the Netherlands
  3. a further education programme, following a completed university degree
