BSc in psychology, sociology, pedagogical or educational sciences.
Other requirements
Sufficient qualifications in statistics and the sciences that are relevant for the programme and a suitable attitude, motivation and talent.
Objectives:
The objective of the research master programme is to qualify the students for doing scientific research by a thorough integrative training in the theories and methods of the social and behavioural sciences, aiming at knowledge, ability and insight.
Subjects:
The programme builds upon long-standing collaboration with a number of research groups in sociology, psychology and educational sciences interested in social behaviour (including questions about motivation, solidary behaviour and commitment) of individuals in institutional and cultural contexts.
Modes of instruction:
Lectures, tutorials, assignments, seminar, literature study, external traineeship and conducting scientific research leading to a master thesis.
