Scholarships from the homeland

A variety of associations, organizations and religious institutions offer scholarships for education/study programs. In most cases, these are subsidies for maximum 1 year. Payments are often paid monthly and are somehow connected to certain conditions, i.e. religious or political -party involvement, a long-term membership or extraordinary talent and performance.
